While we do not charge for your overnight in the home, a donation of no less than $150, per night, to the charitable efforts of the neighborhood is required. The gemenskäp community contributes monetarily to the region's various nonprofits and your stay will continue the community's efforts to support local needs.

To date, more than $100,000 have been donated to Colorado nonprofits due to gemenskäp's charitable giving.​​​​​​
