Above-ground, 120 gallon propane tanks are provided by Bailey Propane. Home owners are responsible for renting tanks from Bailey Propane. They are also required to pay for tank refills.
Yes, all domestic pets must live inside the home. Cats must remain indoors. Dogs must be contained outside the home with a fence or leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed to be unattended outdoors. The number of pets per household must be approved.
Farmyard/livestock animals such as chickens, ducks, goats, etc. are prohibited.
