With 60 thoughtfully designed homesites, the gemenskäp Tiny Home Community offers a range of floor plans to suit diverse lifestyles and preferences. Each home combines sleek aesthetics with modern, mountain living. Located in the heart of the neighborhood, you’ll find a communal park that encourages a sense of connectedness via multiple areas to socialize with other residents, as well as to enjoy Colorado's beautiful outdoors. The gemenskäp park includes two large fire pit areas, oversized hammocks, an outdoor barrel sauna, event stage, and more.
The gemenskäp Tiny Home Community is located just outside of the Town of Fairplay, Colorado.
