Gemenskap is the Swedish word for "community." But it's more than just where you find yourself, it's how your find yourself. We believe in creating spaces where people are empowered to thrive. Community is such an important part of our lives, but we have been very limited in how that has been defined. Until now. Immerse yourself in mountain living at the gemenskäp Tiny Home Community.

With 60 thoughtfully designed homesites, the gemenskäp Tiny Home Community offers a range of floor plans to suit diverse lifestyles and preferences. Each home combines sleek aesthetics with modern, mountain living. Located in the heart of the neighborhood, you’ll find a communal park that encourages a sense of connectedness via multiple areas to socialize with other residents, as well as to enjoy Colorado's beautiful outdoors. The gemenskäp park includes two large fire pit areas, oversized hammocks, an outdoor sauna, event stage, and more.
The gemenskäp Tiny Home Community is located just outside of the Town of Fairplay, Colorado. Enjoy a short 15-minute walk into downtown to access restaurants, art galleries, boutique shops, bars, a whiskey distillery, an outdoor old western museum that includes over 35 buildings, and more.
